I have been active throughout my entire life playing a variety of team sports including basketball. However, I gained a deeper passion for health and fitness when I injured my knee while playing and was required to do strength training to rehabilitate it. My injury pushed me to lose 20 KG and allowed me to help a lot of athletes with the knowledge I had acquired in fitness, injury rehabilitation, and prevention.
